USAID помогает Карабаху

Агентство США по международному развитию США (USAID) намерено заключить трехгодичный грантовый договор на проектировочные и строительные работы с целью обеспечить потребность сельского населения Нагорного Карабаха питьевой водой.Соответствующее заявление размещено на сайте правительства США.
В рамках договора должны быть восстановлены системы водоснабжения, инфраструктуры, должна быть проведена работа с общинами с целью обеспечить дальнейшую надлежащую эксплуатацию систем водоснабжения. Общая сумма, предусмотренная для работ, составляет $3 млн. Предполагается начать с 7 деревень района Мартуни в НКР с общим населением примерно 4200 человек.
В предварительном заявлении отмечается, что финансирование помощи народу Нагорного Карабаха осуществляется в рамках региональной евразийской программы USAID через миссию USAID в Армении.

USAID will issue a 3-year Single Award Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for design and construction services to address the basic drinking water needs of the rural population of Nagorno Karabakh (NK), through actual rehabilitation of the water systems and infrastructure, and work with the communities to ensure that the renovated water facilities/systems receive appropriate maintenance. The cumulative estimated value of all the task orders to be issued under the IQC shall not exceed $3,000,000.
Simultaneously to the IQC award USAID will issue a task order for the renovation of rural potable water systems. The initial task order will benefit roughly 4,200 from 7 villages in Martuni region of NK.
The objective of this pre-solicitation notice is to alert potential offerors that USAID intends to issue a request for proposals so as to afford potential offerors the advanced opportunity to organize a proposal preparation team. USAID anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about June 8, 2012. Interested offerors are encouraged to confirm their interest via email to the contact person for this pre-solicitation notice.
The funding for assistance to the people of NK is notified under the USAID Eurasia Regional Program and administered by the USAID Mission to Armenia (USAID/Armenia) due to location and logistics.
